Shipping

 

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. This excludes public holidays, weekends and peak periods. During this time please allow up to 4 business days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email.

All rates are based on average weight of shipments.

AUSTRALIA 

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post , which is estimated between 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping).
  • Free standard delivery on all orders over $249 AUD or a flat fee of $10 AUD.
  • Express delivery flat fee of $15 AUD 
  • All orders are delivered with Australia Post and shipped from our Sydney warehouse between Monday-Friday.
  • Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, your tracking will update accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note: all customs charges, import duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout.


NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

All New Zealand orders are shipped with Australia Post , which is estimated between 4-7 business days (Standard Shipping).

  • Standard shipping flat fee of $35 AUD ($37.42 NZD - subject to conversion).
  • Express shipping flat fee $45 AUD ($48.11 NZD - subject to conversion).
  • All orders are delivered with Australia Post and shipped from our Sydney warehouse between Monday-Friday.
  • Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, your tracking will update accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to -  United Kingdom, Canada, Italy,  Croatia, France, Germany, Greece,Malta, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, South Africa, China, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong SAR, Japan.

We currently do not ship to the USA.

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post , which is estimated between 6-10  business days (Standard Shipping).

  • Standard shipping flat fee of $50 AUD ( subject to conversion).  
  • Express shipping flat fee $60 AUD ( subject to conversion).
  • All orders are delivered with Australia Post and shipped from our Sydney warehouse between Monday-Friday.
  • Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, your tracking will update accordingly.

 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: all customs charges, import duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout.

We strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with your country’s tax and duty regulations prior to purchasing. Should you choose not to pay the customs charges, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with a $10 AUD administration fee for processing the return.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate with Australia Post.
  • We recommend ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery at your address.
  • We do not recommend parcels being left in publicly accessible areas such as porches or letterboxes.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items available for pre-order will display the anticipated delivery date on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change.

  • Full payment is captured at the time of purchase.
  • Domestic orders that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, will be shipped separately. Pre order items will be sent once all items are available.
  • In international orders that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, will be shipped together once all items are available.
  • Returns and exchanges for pre-order items follow our standard policy.

LOST PARCELS

Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of third-party couriers. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you at this point.

  • To resolve any issues, contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
  • casa sarta is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

CHECKOUT REMINDER

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any delays or missed deliveries.If you have entered your address incorrectly please email us immediately at   Enquiries@casasarta.com. However, once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to alter any shipment details.
